The Mighty Mustard® lineup

Kodiak (Brassica juncea): Suppresses soilborne fungal pathogens and nematodes, produces more biomass than other varieties.

Pacific Gold (Brassica juncea): Reduces soilborne fungal pathogens and nematodes.

White Gold (Sinapis alba): Suppresses weeds, produces more biomass than other varieties.

Mighty Mustard® TRIFECTA Power Blend®️ (Brassica juncea & Sinapis alba): Our premium Mighty Mustard® blend mixes our two highest biomass producers and gives a total soil makeover with both soilborne pathogen and weed suppression benefits.

Why are there three varieties of Mighty Mustard®?

Kodiak, Pacific Gold and White Gold all contain very different glucosinolates. White Gold glucosinolates work to suppress weeds. Kodiak and Pacific Gold glucosinolates are biologically active against insects, some nematodes and fungal pathogens, such as sclerotinia and Verticilium wilt.

2015 marks the debut of Mighty Mustard® TRIFECTA Power Blend, which blends all three of our proven Mighty Mustard® varieties together to give your soil a complete pathogen and weed suppressing makeover!

Can I blend Kodiak, White Gold and Pacific Gold?

Yes. Based on our experiences, the White Gold will bolt first, then be taken over by the Kodiak and Pacific Gold. Or you can plant our Mighty Mustard® Trifecta Power Blend to get the benefits of all three varieties.
